Reservations:
Call us to request a formal reservation for “The Wilson River Fishing Cabin”. When funds clear (full payment) your reservation is confirmed and we’ll mark it off on our availability calendar.

Cancellations will receive refunds (less the deposit) only if we are able to re-rent your reserved dates.

Rates:
Minimum 2 night stay.
 
$175 per night (September 15 – December 15)

$135 per night (December 16 – September 14)

We accept personal checks, as well as credit cards via PayPal.

Deposit / Cleaning Fee:
$150 Total Deposit in addition to the rental fee.

$75 of the total deposit to be refunded by the 7th of the month following your stay unless any of the rules below are violated:

Please report damage or breakage immediately.
Please remove shoes or boots before entering the cabin.
No removal of furniture, appliances, kitchenware, dishes, or linens from the cabin.
Please secure doors and windows as owner is not responsible for theft.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS inside the cabin.
Maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants).

Check-in is 3pm; Please check-out by 11am.

Check-Out — Please take out trash, wash and put away dishes, strip bedding and put bedspreads/comforters back on beds. Lock windows and doors and replace key in the lockbox.
